Ditchford Cottage 

This scheme saw two dilapidated properties replaced with a bespoke, new dwelling, complete with underground garage and storage facilities. 

 

This proposal had to adhere to strict Planning requirements within the AONB and uses a sensitive materials palette and traditional design elements to reflect the local vernacular to the front. To the rear of the house, a contemporary addition complements the overall form, providing an interesting architectural contrast and large, modern openings.
