At Studio CHY, we believe the future of architecture depends on creating a profession that is inclusive, collaborative, and representative of the diverse communities we design for. That's why we were proud to support the recent Women in Architecture + Construction event, hosted by the Royal Institute of British Architects Gloucestershire branch at the Stroud Subscription Rooms.
The event welcomed a fantastic turnout of professionals from across the built environment, providing an opportunity to share experiences, build new connections, and discuss the opportunities and challenges shaping the industry today.
Inspiring Conversations Across the Profession
Attendees heard from an outstanding panel of speakers who explored a broad range of topics, including career development, leadership, workplace culture, and the future of architecture and construction.
The discussions were open, engaging, and thought-provoking, acknowledging both the significant progress our industry has made and the work that still lies ahead to create a more inclusive and equitable profession for everyone.
We were delighted to see such positive feedback from attendees, reinforcing the importance of creating spaces where meaningful conversations can take place and where professionals feel empowered to share their experiences and learn from one another.
