This split-level, super efficient home draws inspiration from the nearby Rococo Gardens to create a unique, new-build house that sits into a sloping site. While the large, contemporary openings take full advantage of the fantastic views, the local materials palette work to give the home a subtle, yet warm appearance amongst its sensitive surroundings.
