Replacement of two dilapidated properties with a bespoke, single dwelling in Shiptston, Gloucestershire. Adhering to strict Planning requirements within the AONB, we worked with Corylus' team of planners to ensure the proposal reflected the local vernacular to the front of the site, while a more contemporary, yet subservient addition to the rear compliments the overall form with a harmonious blend of interest and character. A hidden subterranean garage and basement hides away extra space without detrimental visual impact.
